It seems an array of bright coloured motors have been attracting customers to Jennings SEAT’s dealership in Middlesbrough.
Kiwi green, lumina orange and crono yellow are the latest colours which have been boosting sales, in addition to adding a splash of colour to the forecourt at the Cargo Fleet Lane dealership.
The arrival of a kiwi green Leon FR model, which was fitted with a K1 British Touring Championship bodykit, was the first model to attract attention at the dealership, which prompted franchise manager, Craig Johnson, to source more stock.
“The kiwi green Leon FR was sold within 24 hours of arriving on site. Customers were taking photos on their mobile phones and one of the pics even ended up on social networking site, Facebook,” said Craig Johnson, franchise manager at Jennings SEAT in Middlesbrough.
He added: “The 2-litre Leon FR proved to be so popular that another model, but this time a 2-litre Leon Cupra model in the same shade of kiwi green, a colour unique to SEAT, was ordered and placed on the forecourt. Once again, the model was sold within a very short period of time.”
The second batch of brightly coloured motors to arrive at the dealership included a lumina orange SEAT Leon FR which was also fitted with a K1 British Touring Championship bodykit and a crono yellow Leon Emocion model.
Specification on the 2-litre diesel Leon FR includes 17” alloy wheels, dual zone climate control and FR sport seats and the 1.6 petrol Emocion model includes alloy wheels, cd player, dual zone air conditioning, front fog lights, electric windows and remote central locking.
“The bright colours and bodykits are certainly generating extra traffic through the showroom," added Craig.
